Neera Nicolas-Hudson, 32, is wanted for murder, homicide by vehicle, and related counts, city police said in a release.

Authorities said that Nicolas-Hudson was involved in a multi-vehicle accident on the 100 block of North Delaware Avenue on Dec. 26, which she drove away from, according to investigators.

In that crash, the driver of a scooter was taken to Jefferson Hospital with a shattered lower leg, police said.

After fleeing the crash, Nicolas-Hudson hit a bicyclist at Broad and Spring Garden Streets, authorities claimed. That rider was also taken to Jefferson Hospital, the release says.

Finally, police say Nicolas-Hudson was involved in a third accident near Broad Street and Lehigh Avenue where she allegedly hit a pedestrian. The victim, 22-year-old Roland Darrel White, was taken to Temple University Hospital where he died from his injuries, according to officials.

Police believe she was driving a 2005 Ford Mustang which was later found "unattended" near Broad Street and Indiana Avenue.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call PPD's Crash Investigation Division at 215-685-3180.
